Approaches To Hollow Center explores erasure/nothingness and existence/being. In this showing at the Chocolate Factory Theater, Takahiro Yamamoto collaborates and performs this dance with dancer choreographer Kayvon Pourazar along with sound artist Cenk Ergün. This dance and its choreography arises from deep interpersonal yet philosophical dialogues between the performers through exchanges of writings and physical exploration in the studio. Together, they approach the dynamic equilibrium of nothingness and being as a constantly shifting condition.
