Important Announcement: due to the ongoing public health situation in New York, performances of Iron Jane have been postponed. Please stay tuned for further updates.

Co-Commissioned and Co-Presented with Baryshnikov Arts Center.

“I am in awe of the courage it takes to be human and, in these charged times, humane,” says New York-based choreographer Donna Uchizono of the points of departure for her newest work, presented during her company’s 30th anniversary. With a cast of four dancers and music by Okkyung Lee, the rigorous and detailed choreography of Iron Jane unfolds its tough exterior, gradually revealing a new intimacy.

Performances will take place at Baryshnikov Arts Center.
